Over 16+ years, I’ve held leadership roles at Amazon One Medical, Cleo, and Beyond Type 1, a foundation co-founded by Nick Jonas. I’ve led marketing, sales, creative, and revenue-generating teams, from seed-stage startups to public companies.
I’ve been in the room through fundraising, acquisitions, rapid growth, layoffs, and restructuring. I understand the pressure of leading through change, and the value of having someone alongside you who can hold the bigger picture while making space for the person navigating it.
Today, I combine that experience with training from the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) to support people and organizations at important inflection points, with a whole-person perspective and a commitment to intentional growth.
